MY WORK

Over the last decade, I’ve partnered with founders, operators, and enterprise leaders to translate strategy into systems — and big goals into real results. From shaping strategy and building operating models to embedding automation and driving execution, here are a few ways I’ve helped teams move forward.


Nonprofit – National Donor-Advised Fund

CHALLENGE
The organization lacked a clear roadmap for digital transformation and needed to evaluate technology partners to modernize their operations.
WHAT I DID
Conducted stakeholder interviews and a current-state capability assessment to inform future-state recommendations. Developed an 18-month strategic roadmap and led a technology evaluation effort by creating user personas, mapping journeys, and crafting use cases.
IMPACT
Delivered a vendor shortlist aligned to organizational needs and a strategic roadmap that guided the nonprofit through phased digital transformation planning.

Hospitality - Global Restaurant Enterprise

CHALLENGE
Data management was siloed and inconsistent across domains, slowing decision-making and obscuring operational inefficiencies.
WHAT I DID
Designed and implemented an enterprise-wide data governance operating model by aligning stakeholders across multiple domains. Facilitated recurring governance meetings to address cross-functional business issues.
IMPACT
Increased visibility into operational inefficiencies and reduced resolution time on high-priority data issues — improving collaboration and driving faster insights.

Social Impact - Talent Equity & Innovation

CHALLENGE
As a fast-growing nonprofit focused on equity in the innovation economy, the organization needed stronger operational infrastructure, better visibility into program performance, and scalable systems to connect talent with partners.
WHAT I DID
Led day-to-day operations for the flagship fellowship program over the course of a year. Conducted weekly reporting, analyzed program data, and developed visualizations to drive decision-making. Captured and shared actionable insights with leadership, automated workflows connecting fellows and alumni to talent partners, and improved data syncing between Airtable, Google Sheets, and automated email sequences. Also developed a high-level data strategy to support scale and sustainability.
IMPACT
Enhanced program visibility and operational clarity, reduced manual effort through automation, and laid the foundation for a scalable, data-informed approach to talent development.
